Share the Love Fundraiser Monday, April 13th from 4- 10pm at Pizza Luce. Help support our sweet little school by having a yummy dinner at Pizza Luce on April 13th—a portion of sales goes directly to us! You must have the Share the Love flyer with you, we'll have extra there if you forget. Teachers and families will be around to share the magic of Waldorf-inspired education.
8th Grade Class Play: "The Night Thoreau Spent in Jail" All performances are in the sanctuary at Stacey's and admission is by donation with refreshments for sale at intermission (to cover lights and costume rental). The performance is not recommended for children under 3rd grade (battle dream scene).

Spring Tea Saturday April 25th from 1:00- 3:30 pm. Duluth Congregational Church, 3833 East Superior Street, with classical music provided by Laurie Bastian, Sam Black and Duluth Suzuki students, swanky desserts and a selection of fine teas. $10 admission. Music, tea, home baked treats - service by the 8th grade. This charming event is an annual Fundraiser for the 8th grade class trip.
4th Annual May Faire Festival Saturday, May 9th at Peace Church. Join us for food, field games, animals, music, and family friendly fun!
School Tours: Windows on Learning Each Thursday 9am, meet at the grade school location. Catch a glimpse of learning in action in each of our classrooms during this organized tour, allowing interested families and community members the opportunity to experience SLCS. Contact us to sign up.
Early Childhood Opportunities
Mother Song Each Thursday 9:30am- 10:30am at our Grade School location. Mamas, papas, and children gather to- gether for community and song, led by musician and mama, Kristy Marie. Suggested donation of $5.
Book Study & Discussion Every other Wednesday 6:30- 7:30pm (Jan 7th on), at our Grade School location. Led by trained and experienced Waldorf teachers. Covering topics such as: nurturing the child’s senses, importance of creative play, supporting healthy development, creative discipline, etc. Join us when you are available. There is no cost, but please pre-register by calling.
Spring Parent/Tot Program: 5 WK Registration This session has already begun. Please call or email to inquire about "drop-in" enrollment. Select Friday mornings this Spring (click here for more details). A calming socializing environment for parents and children, 18 months to 3 1⁄2 years. Craft, snack, songs and games. Register by calling.
